"Inept insurance agents. Quoted us a proposal that we agreed on. Unbeknownst to us, without any communication whatsoever, they were charging us more than 50% more. All they did was recognize they made a mistake and said sorry, we rarely have this issue in our underwriting process. I would stray away from using them in any capacity. Very incompetent."

I've been working with them for seven years now, as they've helped provide me with an affordable car/renter's insurance bundle for living in Chicago. They are super responsive to my emails (usually responding within 24 hours, if not even faster than that), and they are constantly making sure I have the best policy to cover my needs and to save the most money.
